One star is for unique method of not accepting new patients. Instead of telling us, they just don't answer the phone or return calls. A tried and true method of getting new patients to go somewhere else which is exactly what I did after trying to get in touch for an appointment for cataract surgery.

Horrible, horrible, horrible office workers. They don't seem to care about anything you have to say, they're rude, lazy, and will NOT return phone calls. Sorry Dr. Lally but I had to get another optometrist. I'll send you a letter with some names. (I only gave a star because that's the lowest I could give.
