I just recently lost my dad. Upon going through his belongings, I found a pair of glasses that belonged to him and wanted to put my prescription lenses in his frames.
Since my dad passed I haven't been out in public per se bc I am having a hard time getting through life without my dad.
Upon walking into the vision center we were greeted by Heather .( long,dark hair.)(I know that there are 2 heathers who work there )
She helped my son with his new glasses and then sat with me so I could l order and explain what I wanted to do with my father's frames. Heather was beyond KIND,COMPASSIONATE,EMPATHETIC,
LOVING & UNDERSTANDING as the tears poured down my face during my conversation with her.I cannot explain how desperately I needed that kindness.
I am so very thankful and grateful that she was put in my path that day.
Thank you Heather! Your kindness made such a difference in my day! It's nice to know that there are still people like you who exist in the world!

Everyone likes to write how the staff was friendly, but this lady was extra nice and knowledgeable; she made me feel like she was actually trying to help me. She helped me find the perfect frames and lenses! The quality was top-notch, and the prices were reasonable.
