Dr. Michelle Spittler was very defensive and got even more so with every question I asked. She said my prescription had not changed and when I got my glasses, they were blurry. She listed the numbers in each eye which had not matched anything I have ever heard from an eye specialist. When I inquired, she made a scene in which her team later apologized for and explained much better what had caused the confusion. The doctor blamed my concern of blurriness on the technology they use. Super defensive when I pondered why I didn't see floaters even though she said I had them. To her defense maybe she just isn't a morning person. Mr. Daniel or Dave, I forget his name, was the most welcoming ABO I have ever spoken with. I Left the doctor feeling like a burden and he made me feel welcomed and he was so honest and sincere.

I had an appointment at 10am and waited over two hours to see the doctor. I am very honest when I am displeased, so I asked to speak to someone because I find it disrespectful when my time is wasted. I spoke with the office manager, and she took the time to talk to me at the height of my frustration. This could've been a bad visit, but I am writing this review to say thank you. All visits aren't perfect, but the way issues are handled is what makes or break a practice. Due to this treatment, this is where I will go to for all eye care needs. The doctor is thorough and so are the medical staff. You are in great hands here.

I had the best experience seeing Dr. Bethany Bray. She was very knowledgeable and thorough with my eye exam. She recommended products to help with dry eye and is monitoring my "baby" Cataracts. I will definitely see Dr. Bray when it's time for Cataract Surgery as I've heard glowing reviews from her Surgery patients. She is personable and very caring. I highly recommend coming to Dr. Bray at LMC Eye Associates for your Cataracts. The whole staff is excellent!! Thank you Dr. Bray!!

I recently had my cataract consultation w Dr Bray...surgery scheduled for Jan....and I already love her!!

The wait time for this office is absurd. I saw Dr. spittler and I was extremely disappointed. Expect to be waiting at least an hour before ever seeing the doctor.

I was pleasantly surprised to find that LMC opened an eye clinic; it was long overdue!! Dr Spittler did a thorough exam which resulted in me requiring a new RX. David Rogers is the optical center technician and went above and beyond making sure my lenses were perfect. He has such a pleasant personality and caring attitude. I recommend Lexington Medical Eye Care Associates to anyone with eye care needs.

I was in a car wreck and vision got all blurred in 1 eye, went to my family Dr, he said it was possibly a detached retina and needed immediate attention, My Dr is in the Lexington Medical group, so they called this office to set up an appointment, they said the soonest they could see me was July 2025, yes, 1 year away. I could go blind waiting that long, so I can't say anything good about them.

I cannot recommend this location enough!!! This team has been long overdue to arrive at this location and bring quality eye care to the surrounding area. Dr Spittler and David Rogers are gems!
