Walmart Vision & Glasses

Went in to get a pair of glasses made on a frame bought online and was sold a pair of their frames at a better rate by Jennifer who really took time to make sure they fit right and adjusted several other pairs of glasses I had with me. I have been wearing glasses since I was in my late 30s and have had many pairs made and never have I had anyone so knowledgeable about how to adjust them for optimal fit the way she did. It really is a breath of fresh air to find someone so young who cares about their chosen profession the way she does. I gladly give her 5 stars and want her to take care of me again. If you want the best professional in my experience, ask for Jennifer.

When calling twice today i got a young lady on the phone and she was very rude telling me to try another eye place because of the timing i was trying to get for my girls. So i tired to call back to speak to someone else and the guy was just as rude. I would not recommend no one to attend this place until they fix they attitude

I had a pleasant experience during my appointment, no issues. Really wanted to write this review for Melissa and Christi. Melissa helped me find a pair of glasses that were really great, but due to an unfortunate circumstance, I needed a refund immediately after buying and both Melissa and Christi helped me immensely. So, I really appreciate everyone there.

My husband got a pair of Raybans, not sun glasses, here in March. Went back this week with new prescription to get new lenses in same frames. Was told by Melissa that the metal on the frames had some oxidation and I should send them back to Rayban and they would send me replacement frames, which I could then bring back to her. I asked her if she could just replace the lenses with the frames i had bought there and she said no. I asked if she could clean the frames, again no, contact Rayban. I tried and found it impossible to contact Rayban on line. I called to ask Melissa what I should do. I left a message to call me back, but she didn't. Today we went to Lenscrafters. They took the Rayban frames I got at Walmart, cleaned them to look like new, and are putting in the new lenses. We were told at Lenscrafters that any optical shop should have been able to clean them and replace lenses.

Eye Dr Was Good But Took Us 3 Hours For That Part It Was 3 Of Us. The picking glasses part was slow and unorganized to say the least. All 3 of our glasses never stay cleaned. We clean them they are always smeared on the lenses ALL 3!!! Something clearly aint right if all 3 of our glasses stay smeared even after cleaning. I wore glasses all my life never experienced so much smeared lenses!!

Awful experience with this horrible receptionist! She was an older woman with brown long hair in a ponytail. I had 5 children with me because I foster. We are all different ethninticities. It was clear when we walked in she had judged us not having a clue what our story was. The children gathered in a circle and began coloring with crayons and coloring books offered. The receptionist proceeded to help the older Caucasian woman who came in after us and literally spent 30 minutes with this person. The children were a little loud at one point and she said "you need to be quiet".??? Then she says after 30 minutes and we are still, not checked in or being seen, she says "They are going to clean up that mess". "I had enough!!! I said 'Lady maybe if you would have checked them in do they could be seen we would be on the way out by now" She stomps into the eye doctors office and says "What do you want to do with this"? And shuts the door!!! The doctor comes out and says "you all can just find somewhere else to go"!!! WOW, if that is not clearly Prejeduce and Steriotypical then I dont know what is!!! I gladly gathered my children and left. By the way the only mess they had made were the crayons and color pages that we cleaned up when we left. I see another bad review about the wicked witch at the front desk. BEWARE of this place everybody. I'm calling the BBB also!

The eye doc was very thorough and understanding. Went I went to purchase glasses, Lori was amazing. She was very kind and helped me to get the best glasses for me. If you need assistance in this area, ask for Lori. Walmart definitely needs to keep her.

The optometrist is great! But when you have an 11 o clock appt and are still waiting to be seen at 11:30...... It's ridiculous!. The other 2 times we came here there was a different receptionist ,I hope she was on vacation because if they let her go they are crazy!!!
