My husband and I needed new glasses and the person that helped us, Loraine Turner was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable. My experience at the Brookings Walmart Vision Center was fantastic. I hate shopping. Especially when I have to deal with sales people that try to push products on me. But the woman that helped me was amazing. She was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. She gave me her honest opinion when I would try on glasses and truly wanted me to find the glasses that I would look best in, not just the ones that cost the most. I actually left the store feeling better than when I came in. Thanks so much to Jodi H who made my shopping experience so pleasant.

If you have special eyes don't go here!! They first ordered me the wrong material of contacts, then never rewrote the correct prescription. I reached out a few months ago to get my prescription, they sent me the wrong prescription. I asked nicely if they could rewrite to correct pair of contacts they sent me and they absolutely refused. I have been very unlucky getting contacts because of these jerks. I just wanted the correct prescription. Instead they sent me and the vermillion Walmart the incorrect contact prescription. I literally just wanted the correct prescription.
