Deceptive practices as they sent appointment reminder through Avera but were not associated with them. They do not return calls or emails if there are any problems. Do not recommend no matter how good a Dr is.
Update. Your office manager sent my bill to collections less than 2 weeks after the appeal of the appeal was denied. I have emailed no less than 30 times on this with little EFFORT on your office to assist in this. Beware of this place!!!!

Routine eye exam ended up costing 170 dollars after dr. bill and clinic charge from Brookings Health. Beware. Will not go there again.
I have already talked to the business office to no satisfaction. Have talked to my insurance agent and was told I was not the only person having problems with in my opinion is fraudulent billing. She was unable to help unfortunately .
