I went for an eye check-up here, but the experience was very disappointing. The staff were not professional, and even the front desk had no proper knowledge or guidance. The check-up itself was not done properly. It's better to go to another hospital for the same fees -- there are many big, well-known brands in Chandanager/ Madeenaguda that provide far better service.

A small old fashioned hospital with the unrushed attention of the doctor here, they only give out appointments for 30 patients a day, and the list is usually filled by 7.30am.
Plan in advance, as unlike the newer speciality eye clinics, it's not possible to wangle a walk-in. However, it's worth the wait.

Optometrist Raghu (tall , bearded guy guessing his name is Raghu) is very empathetic, patient and polite. I was so tensed for the eye pressure test, he asked me to relax not be scared.
