Aruna hospital street no.4 chandrapuri colony l.b. nagar hyderabad. l am very happy to inform that my wife got her eye cataract operation and it was done yesterday by Dr. sudhakar reddy garu , a very senior and an expert doctor ,at aruna hospital. operation was successfully done. i too got operated for my both eyes 2 years ago by the same doctor.. now l am able to read n see without spectacles. Me & my wife are very much satisfied n happy with the treatment . We are very grateful n sincere thanks to Dr. Sudhakar Reddy garu. I have observed that the doctors and the staff are very polite with the patients. E H S facility is available in the hospital.

Dr. Aruna - Worst experience ever.
I have never seen such rude behaviour from a doctor. There was no proper communication or explanation at all. I got married last year and still have not conceived. I took treatment under her and completed all the required tests and reports, but she did not even check my previous reports or explain what was happening.
Whenever we tried to ask doubts or clarify anything, her behaviour was extremely rude and disrespectful. There was no patience or empathy towards patients. I really don't understand what kind of experience she claims to have when she cannot even listen to patients properly.
Totally a waste -- waste of money and, more importantly, a huge waste of time. I strongly suggest people not to visit this hospital at all. Please choose another hospital where patients are treated with care and respect.

Worst treatment, my wife has high creatinine level but she did not inform to us. At 6th month doctor's assistant suggested to consult Nephrologist. Finally my wife got kidney damage. This is the worst treatment in Aruna hospital, l. B. Nagar. If the doctor informed to us at least at 4th month, we will take treatment properly. It's too late.

Worst hospital experience in my lifetime. They deserve negative rating .
The doctor and staff were extremely rude, and the hygiene standards were very poor. The staff behaves like a mafia -- they demand 2500 to 3500 after every surgery, and this seems to happen openly. The doctor is fully aware of this but chooses to ignore it and even encourages such behaviour. When we tried to inform her, she did not listen to us at all. It feels like she pays low salaries and lets the staff illegally collect money from patients.

Hospital is good but the staffs not behave properly.
For the birth certificate always they will enter wrong data and we need to pay additional 10000 to GHMC...need to hire good knowledge staff.
