Dr Ramesh reddy, opthalmologist is v experienced nd good doctor. All our family members and friends go to him only for any eye issues. Cataract surgery also got done by him only. It's my pleasure to share the experiences in Gahan Eye centre, Nagole n Dr. A. Ramesh redday ji treatment. From 2017 visiting this hospital on d suggestion of Dr. Vijayalaxmi, MBBS, in Medipally, my family consultant. Regular checkups, monitering of diabetic retinopathy r being executed by Dr. Ramesh ji, by time to time monitering. My wife mrs. Sita undrwent cataract operation for left n right eys in 2018 & 19 simlutaneously, grand sucess, she was blessed with fresh eyes by Dr. Ji. My self being diabetic for past three decades, undergone cataract operation on 29/1/2026 under the supervision of DR Ramesh reddy ji, noticed perfect grafting of lense in review sitting. Rught eye is due in next month. Over all wants to leave impression as the hospital is spacious, neat n tidy, home like feeling due to reception faculty n auxillary staff. Cost of registration fess is minimum while comparing other hospitals. Doctor took utmost care to the maximum satisfication of patients. Highly skilled, friendly approach, n proper gudance. Most admirable thing i noticed from past mmany yrs is HE IS NOT MONEY MINDED which is rest of rare. The hospital staff is very polite. In my case, it was an emergency -- my wife developed severe swelling while attempting to remove her contact lens. Suddenly, I found Bhavya Hospital on Google and called the hospital staff at 2:30 AM. They responded very promptly and immediately informed the doctor about the emergency. Dr. Ramesh Reddy understood the situation and provided treatment without delay, which helped my wife safely remove the contact lens. The service they offered was exceptional. Although the situation was a bit critical, Dr. Ramesh did a fantastic job.

Disappointing Administrative & Billing Experience - Cataract Surgery (Cashless) One of our family members underwent cataract surgery at Bhavya Hospital - Gahan Eye Center, Hyderabad, India under a cashless policy. The surgery was completed and discharge happened the same day. However, we were given only a discharge summary -- no detailed or itemized final bill. From Day 1 after discharge, we repeatedly requested the final bill. Insurance representatives also mentioned they were waiting for proper documents from the hospital. Later, we were informed that due to incorrect document submission in the insurance portal, the claim got settled. From Day 1 after discharge, we repeatedly requested the final bill. Insurance representatives confirmed they were awaiting proper documentation from the hospital. The pre-authorized amount was released to the hospital, but due to incorrect submission of documents in the insurance portal, the claim was settled without proper final billing. As a result, we requested complete billing documents to claim the remaining eligible amount under our policy through reimbursement. The reception staff directed us to the doctor, and the doctor reiterated the same response. Ultimately, the detailed bills were not provided, and we were told this is how such procedures are handled. Regarding the lens, we had earlier discussed over phone about installing a specific lens at a particular cost. However, at discharge, upon asking for confirmation, we were informed that a different, lower-cost lens had been used. Our overall administrative experience was stressful and disappointing.

Best doctor I ever know, madam is really considered blessing for our family over years now, my mom has delivered my brother and my aunt has delivered brother in law with the same doctor and today after 27 years long, I delivered precious baby girl with zero complication, happy safe and best place, I have referred two of my friends and heard the news they conceived too while they lost hope visiting elsewhere, but after visiting madam for 2 months, they shared the good news. It's the god and Bhavani mam who wishes good for us and it just happens naturally well and safe.
