Worst experience with Dr. Latha.
We had to wait for a very long time during every visit, which was extremely frustrating, especially for a senior patient. The doctor did not properly listen to our concerns and rushed through consultations.
My father underwent cataract treatment, but the procedure and follow-up care were not handled well. Even after multiple visits, his eyes remain red and irritated, and he is still suffering. Our concerns were repeatedly ignored instead of being addressed seriously.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this doctor, especially for elderly patients who need careful attention and clear communication.
