However, we would like to highlight one major concern faced by patients after consultation. The medicines prescribed are often not available at regular medical stores, even in major cities. In most cases, these medicines can only be purchased at your hospital pharmacy, which becomes inconvenient for patients, especially hospital will be closed by 7 PM and these timings will not sync with office hours. If we missed to buy medicines on Saturday from Dr. Agarwal, we have to wait until next Saturday. We kindly request you to consider prescribing universally available or commonly marketed medicines wherever possible, so that patients can easily procure them from any medical store across cities or countries.
