I had a very good experience at Dr Agarwal Eye Hospital, Dilsukhnagar. The doctors were highly professional and explained my condition and treatment clearly, which gave me a lot of confidence. The staff was polite, supportive, and guided me through all the tests smoothly. The hospital is clean, well-maintained, and equipped with advanced technology. Although there was some waiting time due to the rush, the quality of treatment made it worth it. Overall, I am very satisfied with the care provided and would definitely recommend this hospital for eye treatment.

Firstly,the reviews you see are not completely true , the staff ask us to review until then we won't get our report.
Better thing was that, doctor finished the checkup within 4-5 mins. Hospital ambience was nice, waiting place for people coming along patients was also nice
Inside opticals, for those who don't know much about lenses, spectacles, i observed that an optician was explaining something misinformation about types of lenses to a customerI felt sad for it, being a reputed eye hospital and giving no proper information for customers

I was suffering from severe headache from 7 days and general physician suggested to visit opthalmologist ,so based of Google reviews I visited Dr.agarwal hospital, Dilsukhnagar..
Firstly, I observed a lady who books OP was shouting at a patient for some reasons.
Secondly, The nurse who wore pink sweater and had a mask was very arrogant .
DR.Hafsa treated me and she didn't even ready to listen my problem...she was in a hurry.. not even explaining wats the problem was
If People trust and choosed to visit ur hospital respect them and Doctor spare some time to explain their condition..
