Today visited hospital with my son, This is situated in Gachibowli main road thought it will premium services, Hospital staff needs to quick/ Proactive/ taking long time for patients. Hygiene needs to improve, TVs are not played full of dust. Not offered water, Tea, Coffee. This is basic hygiene services should be provided for waiting patients etc. overall not satisfied with this services.
Patient care is utmost priority. Management should focus on this.

I took my mother to this clinic for a eye checkup , as she was having itching on her eyes. The doctor did test of 3k and told she is having cataract , we need to do operation. She send us to the insurance lady who told us how they will help us with loan, etc. When I told them she came to visit me , will do later. After 1 week , when she went to Apollo and Fortis for a second opinions. Both the eye specialist told that in the report there is no sign of cataract. Its was just a dry eye. These guys are cheater's or the doctor is so untrained don't know. I will suggest , try to visit good doctor in good setup not this kind of cheap clinics where their motive is to take money

It was a pleasant experience in Dr Agarwals Eye Hospital, Gachibowli on 1st December 2025 to get checked status of Glaucoma in my eyes. This institute is the best in Hyderabad.
Supporting staff are courteous coping up with the rush. Tests are done without much waiting. Environment is hygienic.
