_Subject:_ Complaint - Incorrect Prescription and Poor Service at Akbar Eye Hospital
_Dear Sir/Madam,_
I'm writing to express my disappointment with my recent visit to Akbar Eye Hospital for new glasses. Despite providing my previous prescription and specifying that I don't use progressive lenses in my right eye, Dr. Ahsan prescribed a completely wrong power, leading to multiple follow-up visits for corrections.
The hospital's optical store also fitted lenses from different manufacturers in each eye. When I brought this up, the store manager denied it and asked for a written note from another store, which I got and showed him. He then said it was my delusion and misconception. The staff's response was unhelpful, especially when I mentioned traveling and needed assistance. There was no response from the store after repeated calls.
I consulted Continental Hospital to verify the error, and they confirmed the correct prescription matching my earlier records.
I request a thorough investigation and action to prevent such incidents. I'd appreciate your attention to improving patient care and service standards.

I would like to bring to your notice a serious concern regarding the excessive waiting time experienced during my recent visit to your hospital.
appointment was scheduled at 11:00 AM, however the actual service was provided only at 3:30 PM. This delay of more than four hours is highly unacceptable and reflects poor appointment management and patient handling. Such behavior causes unnecessary inconvenience, stress, and loss of time for patients.
I request the concerned authorities to kindly look into this matter on priority, identify the reasons for such delays, and take necessary corrective actions so that this issue does not recur in the future.
I hope the hospital management will treat this complaint seriously and ensure better service standards going forward.

Secondly, the doctors are often late, which can be frustrating for patients who have taken time out of their schedules for appointments. On a positive note, the parking facilities are quite good.
