I had a good experience at Chandrayanagutta branch. Dr Himam is a great person and rest assured that he won't let me wait for hours just for a eye checkup unlike other hospitals, other then that staff was very cooperative.

The receptionist girl with blue coat has bad attitude and doesn't care while speaking to patients. This matter should be solved. She doesn't have basic etiquettes of speaking. Typical old city girl behavior. Never visiting this place and won't recommend this hospital just because of that girl.

Good Dr Himam and cooperative staff Dr Akber support ur staff in any matter maY it be income or other facility, or namaz time. Because they deserve the best.
Problem was with HVF machine not working, I paid and waited for 10days nearly 1 star minus for that., don't delay the facilities from Ur side. Patients get exhausted and go to other way.Rest all ok.
Work of all ur staff was so comfortable and cooperative.
May Allahswt reach the peak of success by curing patients . Give best treatment so u can achieve Duas.

For every patient they prescribe expensive tests to be done from Mehdipatnam branch. Until those tests are not done they will not do proper checkup and not give medicines. Only show off, not caring patient, money minded doctors. Poor management no respect of patients time, doctors are in surgery while patients are waiting. There should be dedicated time for outpatient also.
