I had a very disappointing experience with the front office staff of this hospital. Repeatedly, my calls were left unanswered, and even when calls were finally picked up, the quality was poor, and they disconnected without a callback. On asking why they hadn't returned calls, the response given was that "patients were there," which reflects a lack of courtesy and professionalism. A hospital's front desk is the first point of contact and should be responsive, supportive, and respectful. Unfortunately, this experience has made me deciding not to visit this hospital.
