Dr Aloka's Eye Care, Pediatric Ophthalmologist and Adult Squint Surgeon

We recently had our son's squint surgery done under the care of Dr. Aloka, and we are extremely grateful for the wonderful experience. From the very first consultation to the post-surgery care, everything was handled with professionalism, patience, and genuine compassion. Dr. Aloka was absolutely fantastic -- she explained the procedure clearly, answered all our questions calmly, and made us feel completely confident about the surgery. As parents, we were naturally anxious, but her reassuring approach gave us great comfort. The surgery went smoothly, and our son is recovering very well. The hospital staff and nursing team were also very caring and attentive throughout the process. We truly appreciate the dedication and care shown to our child. Highly recommended for anyone looking for expert and compassionate eye care.

Being in Europe, as a parent I was a bit worried whether a doctor in India would spend enough time with kids, especially for a general check-up. But I was completely wrong. At Dr. Aloka's Eye Hospital, the doctor and her team spent quality time with my daughter, patiently examined her, and made her feel very comfortable. Their care and professionalism truly impressed me. I am giving this small suggestion only because I was so impressed with the overall experience--having use-and-throw (disposable) glasses for drinking water could be a nice additional improvement. This is one of the best hospitals I have ever found. Highly recommended, especially for kids.

Dr Aloka is very professional and takes time to listen to your concerns and communicates to you the best course of action for the child. Whole clinic is comforting and pleasant to the eyes and best of all its kids friendly. I went for second opinion and I am glad I came. And from now on would prefer her to be the main doctor for my kids eye care. Suggestion: Drinking wanter and tissues would be a nice edition.

We are extremely thankful to Dr. Aloka Madam for the exceptional care she provided to our son. He underwent squint eye surgery at the age of 1 year and 9 months. Since he was very young, we were initially hesitant to proceed with the surgery. However, Dr. Aloka Madam patiently explained that operating at an early age would help prevent future vision problems and make the correction easier. After the surgery, our son experienced nausea and did not eat properly for the first two days. During this time, Dr. Aloka Madam personally called us--even late at night--to check on our baby's condition. Her dedication, kindness, and constant follow-up gave us great confidence and relief as parents. The care and concern she showed went far beyond our expectations. We are truly grateful to her and highly recommend Dr. Aloka Madam to any parent seeking the best eye care and squint correction for their child.

We had a fantastic experience at the hospital for our daughter's eye exam. Dr. Aloka was wonderful--always smiling, happy, and incredibly clear, which made our child feel completely comfortable! They were very thorough, checking her eyesight multiple times using both the automated screens and manual tests. It was so convenient to get all the necessary medicines and spectacles right there, a small play area and having the Lenskart store downstairs were huge bonuses. The Rs. 800 consultation fee was moderate, kid-friendly service. Highly recommend this clinic for children!

We had a very good experience with the Aloka mam for our child. Our 2 year's old kid was having continuous watering from one eye, and the doctor diagnosed it as an eye probing issue. The procedure was explained clearly and handled with great care. The treatment went very smoothly, and now the problem is completely resolved. We are very thankful to the Aloka mam for the patience, expertise, and kind approach with our child. Highly recommended.

Recently I got my daughter's left eye squint operated with Dr. Aloka at her clinic. She's a very good pediatric ophthalmologist and a good pediatric squint surgeon and a very kind human being. We had a very good experience and later on, after the daycare admission, they have given me the entire billing in detail, which I submitted to my insurance company and I could claim 100% of the amount that I paid at the clinic. So it was good that they offer good documentation and support during claims, so that our insurances are clear and we get the money back also. I used ACO insurance, but I think most of the insurances will also work, nothing to worry. Just get the daycare admission and all the billings from her after the treatment and upload it to your insurer's mail ID. And even if you miss a document or two, you just message them later that the insurer is asking for this document and they'll be very quick to respond and provide the same. Thank you, Dr. Aloka , Ms Anusha and rest of team. Good job. Day care admission for 4-5hours for such procedures is covered by most insurance companies now , which is good thing. I Myself am a Endovascular interventional radiologist and I Highly recommended her for pediatric squint treatment.

Dr. Aloka is an incredible doctor. We went for consulting for my child, who had very often reoccurence of eye allergy. We wanted her opinion. Although we reached at the closing time of her clinic,but it was kind of her to consider us.Not only has she taken out time to listen and solve our queries, but she also informed us that it was not just a normal allergy but the presence of foreign object too in the eye,which led us in shock. Without taking much of a time, and not creating any panic for us or the child, with in seconds she removed the object swiftly. We'll be ever thankful to her.
