I took my grandfather for a check-up as his vision had become very poor due to cataracts. The doctor treated him with great care, explained everything clearly, and performed the cataract surgery successfully. He also provided proper guidance throughout the treatment process and ensured excellent post-operative support. What truly stood out was that he personally called me the day after the surgery to check on my grandfather's condition and even spoke with him directly. The time given by the doctor is commendable. He answered many of my questions that helped me clearing the doubts. Not all doctors have expertise in all types of surgeries like PRK, LASIK, Femto LASIK, Contour, SMILE, SILK, WPI, etc. Some have a good hand at some and others may have at others. Likewise, one procedure will be good for one patient and other will be good for the other. Here comes the role of a doctor who can provide you the best fit or best suited surgery for you, depending on the eye condition of the patient (like the thickness of cornea, power(diopters) of eyesight, etc.) I learnt his specialty is in Femto-Laser and others. His point to point replies made the day. There is a saying "two kind words of a doctor cures half disease," that proverb befits him.
