We had come for my mother's cataract surgery and it went well. Doctor Samatha has been really polite and friendly with the patients that is actually needed for every doctor. Staff also has been really friendly and helpful. Thanks again.

U lost respect today ... atleast pick the calls when we call for appointments ...we have every right to question you when there is a delay in consultation because we paid for your time ... doctor thinks he is smart enough to confront in sweet voice but we are not dumb ....we didn't come for unnecessary advices but for treatment !!! ..I have an issue with one eye ..so I'm assessing the vision of individual eye by closing other eye ..the doctor advices not to do so ..it is actually the responsibility of doctor himself to ask about past medical history...when I'm telling the past history to rule out its role in present complaints ..he thinks I'm exaggerating it (he is doing this because I confronted the staff for doctor being late ) ..it's basic of etiquette of a doctor to listen first ...I have visited this place previously to consult with samatha maam ..but never faced such issue ...Done with this hospital for ever and will also advice others against going to him for consultation.

Dr.g. samatha is very polite. The staff over here don't even know when the doctor's are available. Although you call and come you have to wait for 1 hour minimum to consult the doctor. In the call they tell come doctor is available. Staff is very rude and careless. Just because of Dr.samatha hospital is having good reviews and better treatment.

Very advanced eye care facilities available at affordable rates. The doctor is very polite and skillful and responds very good on phone calls for post operation queries and staff is equally good. Location is very easy to trace out. Overall very decent place for any eye problem.
