Dr.Rachna mam is very good she's very much experienced and clear about the treatment i consulted her for my squint eye she was very friendly and makes u feel at ease she's very passionate about the treating her patients specialist in pediatrics overall i had a very comfortable squint surgery experice which was painless and rachna mam was very concered about every step of it from anesthesia to post surgery care after which i higly recommend her!!

I visited her with my 1 year old son. He is suffering with eye infection. This doctor doesn't have courtesy to provide consulting service for a baby who was there right infront of her clinic gate at Apollo. She clearly declined this through her secretary Laxman. This is what these doctors do when we treat them like God. I never thought will experience something like that in Apollo hospital. She needs to understand it's we the people who have given her reviews and made her famous. In return they don't even hesitate to ill treat people. If today we stop visiting her, then only she will understand how strong people's opinion are on public forum. I tried connecting OPD incharge as well at Apollo but no further action taken. What worst do we expect from such reputed doctor and hospital. They make fun of general public. I would urge everyone please stop paying visit to her. Let me apologize for what they did and teach them a big lesson of life.

Iam writing this review after consulting the doctor for my son eye check up
Doctor is not up to the mark we expecting. Consultation fees is also too much.
This is regular review check up to my son,
I seen reviews in Google and went for check up, but previous doctor is better then this doctor.
Same treatment for RS. 300/- given by other doctors.
As per my knowledge she does not have much experience.
She is checking the eye test by keeping spects..
For regular check, should not opt this hospital , go for local opthalmologist,
Pls do not go by seeing reviews.

Dr. Rachana was patient with my 1yr old, she gave him toys to engage him during the check-up, she spoke to him to make him feel comfortable during the whole appointment. All in all, after 2 failed attempts, I'm glad to have found a great pediatric ophthalmologist for my son and I plan to stick with her :) I highly recommend her!
