I have visited many doctors, but the best doctors I have seen are Dr. Syed Abdul Basith and Dr. Asad Saberi. Their expertise, care, and attention to patients are truly exceptional.
The entire staff at Best Eye Hospital in Old City are also wonderful -- very helpful, polite, and supportive throughout the treatment process. From the front desk to the nurses, everyone made my visit comfortable and easy.
I highly recommend this hospital to anyone looking for the best eye care services. Thank you to the doctors and the whole team for the excellent care!

Overall experience was good.
The ambience is very nice -- clean, premium-looking, and well maintained. The AC was quite chill, there is enough seating space, a cafe inside, and parking is available, which makes the visit comfortable.
Middle-class people should not be afraid to visit. Even though the place looks premium, the pricing is very reasonable, and the service quality is better than what they charge.
The staff was polite and cooperative, and the entire process took around 45 minutes, depending on patient flow.
The doctor consultation fee is 350 for first-time patients, which is affordable.
Negative points:
The person at the optical counter needs to improve his attitude. Also, they suggested an eye drop that felt like cross-selling, which was unnecessary.
Overall, a good clinic with affordable pricing, but customer handling at the optical section needs improvement

This review is for opticals, i visited for the first time by blindly trusting the brand. There was issue with payment , so i paid twice and every time i have to follow them for refund, they don't take responsibility and courtesy to get back to us with update. I highly recommend people to not blindly follow any brand.
