Dr. Vision Eye Care

Better to think twice before you visit this hospital. I think they are not able to identify the eye sight properly. You couldn't not find doctor details in their letterhead/prescription. They don't give any bill for payment. It is not a cycle repair shop. Waste of money and time. Be careful.

Don't buy spectacles from here nor get your eyes tested here because they are absolute first-class cheaters. Here's my ordeal... I've got my eyes tested, chose a frame of my liking with progressive lens and paid an advance of Rs.1000/- out of 2500/- they said they will intimate me once they are ready after 4 days but I requested them that I need in 3 days as I've plans to go out of station. On the 3rd day I called them to which they said they will inform back to me in 30mins but they never called back. I called them again after an hour, this time he said he'll get back to me in 10min but he never did. The next day I called them again but no one answered. In the evening they called me back and asked to come and collect tomorrow. So i went to collect my spectacles the next day and to my surprise they have changed the frame that I chose and had a cheap plastic frame that too with 2 different legs and gave me. When I confronted about the frame he started saying me stories and lied to me by saying these are the frames that I chose. I'm attaching the videos and images you can find 2 different legs of 2 different frames and quality of the plastic frame. Don't get cheated by looking into fake reviews... just go through all the reviews you'll know all are either fake/got them with their acquaints.

For my visual problems, my mother's older sister and I saw Dr. Sravanthi. When answering our questions, she is really patient. She reassured us and went over everything in depth. The employees are kind and accommodating. You don't have to wait for a consultation for long hours. Additionally, the price of spects is affordable. This is your go-to eye hospital for all your needs.

Excellent interactions with Dr. Sravanthi both at her former and current hospitals. She is an excellent ophthalmologist who provides detailed consultations. The Dr. Vision eye care hospital's staff is thorough and polite. Strongly recommend her!

New place but the doctor sravanthi madam.. is super experienced and knows his eyes. I recently went in thinking i had some major eye disease but the kind doc diagnosed that it's a case of dry eyes, and is curable easily. No money grabbing tricks unlike the bigshots. What i like is the reassuring and honest way practised here. Would highly recommend it.
