The staff were very caring, polite, and attentive to patients' needs. Dr. B. Jagadeesh Reddy explained the procedure clearly and gave us great confidence before surgery. The surgery was performed by Dr. Jagadeesh Reddy sir. He is a very skilled and experienced doctor. The surgery was completed within just 15 minutes and went very smoothly. Throughout the entire process, Rahul helped us a lot as the surgery coordinator. He guided us at every step and took good care of all the arrangements. Today, his son Dr. Jagadeesh has taken that foundation and made it even better, especially the overall hospital experience and my mother's surgery. I visited the clinic four times this week, and every single visit felt calm and well run. What really struck me was how every patient is treated with respect and care almost like a VIP. I was in and out in about 30 minutes each time. I can be impatient by nature, so I truly appreciated how organized, kind, and attentive the staff is. The patient flow is smooth, waiting times are minimal, and no one feels rushed or ignored. You can genuinely feel the care in how they treat people. Highly recommended.

Whenever i visit the atmosphere feels like home.. especially jagadeshwar reddy sir, always down to earth listens very patiently to all the issues and it feels like we are talking to friend /family member when we are with sir. Thank you sir for that. My father had cataract operation twice there i mean for both the eyes, i can tell only one process is good treatment is too good staff is also good.. Jagadeshwar reddy sir as usual awesome and Rahul anna for following up on everything especially the way he handles patients is good.
