Visited Maxivision Eye Hospitals recently. The hospital ambience is clean and comfortable. Doctors are professional and explain everything clearly. The optical section has a good collection of frames, the ambience is pleasant, and the prices are reasonable. Overall, a very satisfying experience.

The staff are very rude and not welcoming to the people. They answer questions very frustratingly and don't explain things properly to the patients. And the tests are also not done properly, even the normal sight test is not done correctly.

!! Dont Visit This Hospital!! Doctors are not experienced at all and i doubt they're really Doctors!!
This my experience with the hospital:
I visited the doctor because I was having some issues with my eyesight and wanted to get my retina checked. But the test that was done was something completely different (Anterior Segment OCT). Later I came to know that this test is mainly for the front part of the eye, not for the retina, which is what I needed to get checked.
Because of this, my actual problem was not examined properly, and I still don't have clarity about my retina issue.
Since I didn't know much about these tests, I assumed everything was fine, but later I realised that my retina issue was not checked at all, and the problem has now become worse because of the delay.
I also felt that the focus was more on doing paid tests rather than understanding my actual issue, which left me uncomfortable. I walked out without the clarity I expected, and my retina issue still remains unchecked.

I have taken appointment and when I visited to the hospital, no one is available and given appointment at 9 am for pre test and by 10 am doctor will take actual test. To my surprise doctor will come at 11:30 am itseems. Taking permission and coming is totally time waste. Even call center team is also not responding
