I recently visited Galaxy Opticals & Eye Clinic with my mother for an eye test, and unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The clinic provided an incorrect prescription for my mother's eyesight, which was three times stronger than her actual number. This kind of inaccuracy is unacceptable, as it could have led to serious discomfort and vision problems if we hadn't double-checked elsewhere. Eye care is a sensitive matter, and precision is crucial. Giving out incorrect prescriptions not only wastes time and money but also puts patients at risk. I strongly urge the clinic to improve their testing procedures and ensure accuracy before handing out prescriptions. I would not recommend this place unless they take corrective measures to ensure such mistakes do not happen again.

I am totally satisfied with the service of Galaxy Opticals and the Dr Mr.Suresh Ramana Rao, he is well experienced and senior doctor. This is the best store in tolichowki area with different variety of frames, lenses & sunglasses and even the price is also reasonable. I recommend if any one wants to buy a sunglasses or powered lenses at least one time he/she should visit.
