Ikshana Eye Hospital

Please believe in negative reviews of this hospital ,while we went for eye concern and this hospital is eye specific,we are suggested to go to another hospital and pay consultation fee again to that doctor even under her reference.Better go directly to another hospital instead of giving consulting money to both the hospitals Edit after review reply: After consuming fish itself ,i visited hospital,but on the first day you didn't analyze whether it's viral/bacterial/allergic.after coming back from your 4 days leave,u asked us if i ate fish !! So until then you didn't treat my allergy,You also said it might also be due to wisdom tooth extraction that happened 10 days back,imagine my mental state when a specialized eye doctor can't exactly analyze my bulged eye !!,also we would be happy if you refer to MD in the same hospital..without a fee,if u both charge fee,and we have to travel here and there in such state..then it would be more business than patient friendly referral treatment.Also,we didn't consult you for our son,so better avoid that topic.If someone gives a review,please speak on that particular topic (here it's about reference fee collected both sides)which is concerning us,it's no use to anyone about the rereview of what happened to my eye since 1st day.While coming to hospital on 1st day itself,we read reviews about ur attitude,but we thought if treatment is good it's enough for us.Treatment process itself is quite concerning to me.Everytime I visit,ur consulting room creates more stress than relief.Thanks for the prescription.The infection cured after suffering 3 weeks.But,We want both sides to take a note on what things should be taken care of next time.

Doctor Swathi...is very soft spoken and make the patient about the problem and about the treatment. Hospital environment is very good.

I visited Dr. Shweta's clinic and was quite disappointed with my experience. Unfortunately, I found her to be quite rude and dismissive. It felt like she was more focused on throwing attitude rather than genuinely caring for her patients. The lack of empathy was quite evident.

The treating doctor Ms Swetha is so humble. She understood my problem and explained the reasons in an easy way. I have visited multiple hospitals but I felt so relieved and happy that I visited this place. I have seen their reviews which had couple of negative comments but whatever they mentioned is not what I experienced here. Thank you doctor for patiently answering all my questions.

Worst eye hospital I've ever seen they'll metal torture employees especially dr swetha she always shows off that we have big business expansion and she says whatever the money comes from hospital and opticals she's use all the money for her cars it's just a peanuts for her it seem dr swetha she won't give salary on Time very rude and they don't give discount on lenses which other opticals can give upto 15% discount and dr swetha is very unprofessional she's doesn't have manners. Every one please check with other opticals also on lenses theyll give atleast 15% discount but these ppl they don't and she's doesn't have knowledge to share very bad and worst experiences ever in ikshana eye hospital

Make sure you take the prescription and buy your medicine elsewhere. The MRP printed on the medicine is also way higher than that of the same brand in other pharmacies. For example, Alcon company's lubricant eye drops they tried to sell me had an MRP of around 480/-, I got the same brand and same product in an outside pharmacy for 280/-. ***Update*** It may have been a higher volume pack as they say, but one has to decide for themselves whether they need it based on dosage and duration of the course. For example, a dermatologist prescribed me an ointment, they were selling a 20g pack. I bought a 10g pack outside for less than half the price. More than half the pack is still unused. There is nothing wrong with the business practice but it is important for customers to be aware of it

Worst doctor ever. Had a very bad experience.She don't know how to treat patients.Better not to prefer this hospital. If you are good enough then may be there are no bad reviews.Some are posting with detail version of their issue, for that person you don't even reply because you done a fault. Even I reveal the incident you will done the same.

Dr Shwetha is friendly approach with smiling face and she gives sufficient time to patients to explain issues. I was totally impressed by her the way she treated. Thank you
