I went to this eye hospital to consult the ophthalmologist for my eye issue. Their timings are mentioned as till 8:30 PM, but I reached at 8:33 PM after travelling a long distance. They refused to take my appointment and did not allow me to meet the doctor, which was very disappointing. This is unacceptable, especially for patients who come from far away. Luckily, we found another doctor in a different clinic who treated well. The hospital should be more considerate and clear about their last appointment timings. Good Bye to Ishaa Netralaya
