Lenskart.com at Manikonda (First Lens Replacement Free)

Your response and willingness to help have restored my confidence. Because of your effort, I feel positive about trusting Lenskart again. Thank you for the great customer support. I purchased these glasses from Lenskart about two months ago, expecting good quality and reliable service. However, just 3-4 days ago, while I was walking outside, one of the screws suddenly came out. Luckily, the lens didn't fall and break. If it had, I'm sure I would have been asked to pay extra for a replacement, which would have been very unfair. When I went to the showroom to get it fixed, the staff told me they didn't even have the correct screws available. Instead, they tried to fit a bigger screw, and when I pointed out that it wasn't the right size, they removed a screw from another pair of glasses and used that to fix mine. I was quite surprised by this kind of service from a brand like Lenskart. Now, after just 3-4 days, the same issue has happened again while I was walking. The screw has come out once more. It's very frustrating that even after paying more than what I would at a local optical shop, I am facing the same problem repeatedly. I expected better quality and proper service, but this experience has been very disappointing. I hope Lenskart takes this issue seriously and provides a proper and lasting solution.

I visited the store for the repair of my mother's spectacles and Mr.Ajay did the repair for free though the spectacles were purchased from Titan. He explained why the spectacles fail repeatedly and showed some really interesting frames in the store. The store is a vast collection of frames and the staff are very polite, courteous and knowledgeable. I will surely consider my next purchase from this store.
