I recently visited Lenskart, and I'm extremely happy with the overall experience. The store had a wide range of stylish frames, great quality lenses, and very reasonable prices. The eye-testing process was quick, accurate, and professionally handled.
A special mention goes to Amaan, who made the entire visit smooth and enjoyable. He was polite, knowledgeable, and patient while helping me choose the perfect pair of glasses. He explained the lens options clearly, offered genuine suggestions, and ensured I got exactly what I needed. His customer service was truly exceptional.

Worst customer service. The staff is completely uninterested and least bothered about customers. We waited 10-15 minutes, yet no one approached us or even acknowledged our presence.
This has happened multiple times, so it's clearly a pattern. Very disappointing and unprofessional behavior. Would not recommend this store at all.

The staff is least bothered to address customer requirements all they are worried about are sitting peacefully or moving around like no customer exists in store .No explanation for questions asked and act as if they own the stuff and customer is there as there are no options.
It's not the first experience , had the same experience 2 to 3 times in this store.
You can't win a customer by acting as if you are doing a service out of favour.

Absolutely pathetic experience. One of the staff members was extremely rude and started interrogating us--what product we wanted, whether we had our eyes tested, and when it was last done--as if we owed them explanations just to browse the store. The attitude was arrogant and insulting, making it feel like they were doing us a favor by even talking to us, or worse, assuming we wouldn't pay.
I've been a loyal Lenskart customer since its launch, but this was by far the worst in-store experience I've ever had. The behavior was unacceptable and embarrassing for a brand of this size. We walked out immediately and purchased our specs from Titan Eye+, where professionalism and basic courtesy still exist. I didn't even hesitate to pay more there--because respect clearly isn't something Lenskart values at this store.
