We have visited for my 20 months baby and doctor is irresponsible moreover had a very disappointing experience at this hospital. The response from the staff was extremely poor, and the patient was not treated with the care and attention expected from a healthcare facility. The staff behavior was unprofessional, and there was a lack of proper communication and responsibility. Patients come to a hospital during difficult times expecting support and proper treatment, but unfortunately the service here was very unsatisfactory. I strongly request the hospital management to look into this issue and improve their staff response and patient care standards.

The waiting time was minimal and the initial ophthalmic check-up was conducted efficiently by an assistant. The lady doctor was patient and explained the diagnosis and treatment clearly, which made the entire consultation reassuring and transparent. The overall process--from registration to consultation and procurement of medicines--was smooth and well coordinated. While collecting the medicines, a small error in recording the gender was noticed. But once it was brought to their attention, the correction was made promptly in both the prescription and their records. The quick response reflects their professionalism and willingness to rectify mistakes without hesitation.
