I underwent cataract surgery with Dr. Shalini Singh at Maxivision Hospital on December 20, 2025. Initially, I visited the hospital only for eye inflammation and was not ready for cataract surgery because of my corneal endothelium concern. When I consulted Dr. Shalini Singh in October 2025, she carefully examined my eyes and explained everything in detail. She advised cataract surgery and assured that the procedure would be painless, with an expected vision improvement to around 6/9. I am very happy to share that after the surgery, my vision improved to 6/6 (P), and my cornea is stable despite the corneal complications. I sincerely thank Dr. Shalini Singh for helping me achieve this excellent result. Dr. Shalini Singh truly cares about her patients before and after surgery. She is humble, down-to-earth, and always greets patients with a warm smile. I am very grateful for her excellent treatment, care, and guidance. Highly recommended.

Maxivision Super Speciality Eye Hospitals, Hitech City, Hyderabad, has been a very disappointing experience. The service quality seems to depend entirely on the payment made. Once the bills are paid, patient care and accountability drastically decline. Despite undergoing surgery here, the post-surgery support has been extremely poor, forcing us to make repeated visits for the same unresolved issues. Instead of proper follow-up care, patients are made to run from one counter to another without clear answers or responsibility. What is most unacceptable is that we are repeatedly asked to pay consultancy fees again and again, even when the visits are clearly due to mistakes or complications arising from the hospital's own surgery or operation procedures. We are spending additional money, time, and effort only because of errors not caused by us. I strongly question the hospital management: why should patients bear extra financial burden for corrective consultations when the problem originated from your side? This approach reflects poor ethics, lack of accountability, and complete disregard for patient trust and well-being.

Excellent experience at Maxivision for cataract surgery for my mother. The entire process was smooth, timely, and completely hassle-free, reflecting the highest standards of quality and teamwork--much like the values represented by brand ambassador MS Dhoni. Dr. Rohini ma'am's handling was calm, professional, and highly reassuring. There was no waiting time, and all necessary messages and updates were communicated promptly. Truly a well-coordinated and patient-centric experience. Highly recommended.

For almost a decade we have been going to Maxivision and having excellent experience in eye checkups, glasses and consilting in case of conjunctivitis. Most recently, Dr Shalini Singh performed painless cataract surgery without injection for my mother in law. She was very open and cleared all our doubts and advised us with great care,and put my mother in law at ease before the surgery and she has also performed eye checkups for my kids. Nawaz also has been an excellent support staff at Maxivision for us over the years. it has been an excellent experience for us...Would like to thank Maxivision team and highly recommend to anyone!!

I have visited the Maxivision hospital for my eye surgery and my PRK surgery gone very well and Doctor Shalini was calm and composed about the whole procedure. Everything went very smooth and now I'm able to see things very clearly after 32 years of my life. The staff of the hospital is very helpful and specially Nawaz is the most active one to take care of your procedure and explains you everything very clearly. Overall, everything was very satisfactory.

I would definitely recommend every patient visit Maxivision Hitech City to improve their vision. Being highly myopic, with prescriptions of 16D and 17D, I have now achieved 6/6P vision in both eyes. A huge thanks to Dr. Shalini Singh for her hospitality and expertise, and for ensuring a safe and quick procedure. The hospital staff were also incredibly supportive, professional, and caring throughout the entire process, making the experience smooth and reassuring.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Maxi Vision Hospital, Hi Tech City branch, while trying to consult Dr. Lakshmi Prabhavathi. We visited specifically to consult Dr. Lakshmi Prabhavathi. I had come along with my daughters , my mother, my sister, and her son. We waited patiently for nearly 2 hours. Before the consultation, a nurse came and asked me whether my daughter had undergone the surgery that the doctor had previously suggested. I informed her honestly that we had the surgery done at another hospital. After this conversation, a staff member named Swetha came to us and said that Dr. Lakshmi Prabhavathi would not be able to see us. We were told to go to the first floor to consult Dr. Shalini instead, as Dr. Lakshmi Prabhavathi was supposedly leaving immediately for surgery. I politely requested that at least my daughter be allowed to consult Dr. Lakshmi Prabhavathi, and that the remaining family members would meet the other doctor. I even asked her i will request the doc and she kept a face. One more important thing is that Swetha even told and I quote "what will dr. Prabhavati see after the procedure was done by other doctor. " the procedure was done a year ago I was tryin to tell her the same but she was not ready to listen. However, even after discussing this for almost 10 minutes, the request was refused without a proper explanation. We finally went to consult Dr.Shalini she was good by the way. But while returning, we were shocked to see that Dr. Lakshmi Prabhavathi was still seeing patients. I personally saw two patients go in after she refused to see us as we were coming from 1st floor. When I questioned the staff, they simply nodded without providing any clear clarification. The sequence of events made it appear as though we were refused consultation because the surgery was done at another hospital. I seriously didn't expect this form a senior doctor, sorry to say this Mam. If that was not the reason, then proper communication should have been provided. Patients deserve transparency, fairness, and respect--especially after waiting for hours. I sincerely hope the management of Maxi Vision Hospital takes this feedback seriously and ensures better patient handling and honest communication in the future.
