I would like to share my heartfelt appreciation for Dr. Saba Fatima, an exceptional eye specialist at MaxiVision Eye Hospitals. Many people recommended Dr. Saba Fatima for her excellent work, and after our experience, I can confidently say those recommendations were absolutely right. We visited her with many questions and concerns regarding my father's eye condition. From the very first consultation, she was extremely patient, thorough, and reassuring. The way she examined my father and clearly explained his condition made us feel confident that we were in the right hands. She advised surgery, and thanks to her expertise, my father recovered within a week and was able to return to work. The entire team at MaxiVision Santosh Nagar (IS Sadan) deserves appreciation. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, polite, and friendly. Special thanks to the counsellors, Jagadeeswari and Yugendra, who guided us through the entire process after Dr. Saba Fatima's recommendation. They carefully explained all available lens options, including the pros and cons of each, helping us make an informed decision. They were transparent, supportive, and patient in answering all our questions. The insurance approval process was handled very efficiently. Within hours, the approval was secured, allowing the surgery to be scheduled without delay. A big thank you to Shafi and Nawaz from the testing and eye scanning team. They conducted all tests with great professionalism and expertise, ensuring my father felt calm and comfortable throughout the process. I would also like to sincerely appreciate Sankreeth, the receptionist, for his professional approach and for clearly explaining the complete medicine and eye drop schedule, including the correct dosages and timings. His detailed guidance helped us follow the post-operative care instructions without any confusion. I would also like to thank the support staff Annapurna Garu. She was incredibly kind and caring -- helping with small but important things like providing tissues, ensuring my father wore the proper operation attire, and taking care of him like a family member. That personal touch truly meant a lot to us. Special thanks again to Nawaz, Yugendra & Shafi for consoling my father like brothers when he was nervous just before the operation. Their emotional support made a big difference. Overall, a big thank you to the entire MaxiVision team and a special shout-out to Dr. Saba Fatima for building such a wonderful team that treats patients with patience, professionalism, and a constant smile. Hospital branch ambience is very nice. Counsilling and advice regarding problem is explained nicely.
