I have recently visited Max i Vision for an eye check-up and had a really good experience.
The entire check-up process was smooth, comfortable, and well organized. The doctor was very kind and took the time to explain the reports clearly, which made everything easy to understand and reassuring. The staff were polite and helpful throughout the visit, and the team handling the spectacle orders was also really good -- they were patient, guided me well, and made the selection process easy.

Very helpful staff, they speak English and Telugu. Some can soeak Hindi.
I was looked after and prepped for a Retinopexy procedure (using barrage laser) by a wonderful lady nurse whose name I forget. Dr. Aparna performed the procedure, she explained everything quite well and was patient in responding to my questions.
Staff at dispensary, call centre and reception are also helpful.
The staff at the in-house optician shop Mr.Sameer helped me a lot to advise me on my options and get my spectacles made and delivered in a single day.
