I'm extremely disappointed with this clinic. The doctor was very rude to my mother and spoke to her in a completely disrespectful way. There was no patience, no kindness, and no effort to make her feel comfortable. She went there for help and left feeling humiliated and upset. No doctor should ever treat a patient like that, especially an elderly one. It was an awful experience, and we'll never be returning here. I'd strongly recommend others to look elsewhere for proper care and basic respect.

I had a very disappointing experience at this eye hospital. The doctor and staff were extremely rude and unprofessional throughout my visit. They showed no patience or concern for the patients' questions or comfort. I genuinely expected better treatment and respect from a medical facility, but sadly, this place failed to meet even basic standards of courtesy.

I recently visited a commercial hospital where the doctors seemed more interested in recommending expensive procedures like cataract lens replacement and X-rays. Which were not required.
The doctor suggested early cataract lens replacement, but I was uncertain if the surgery would be performed by the same doctor or someone else.
Due to my doubts, the doctor recommended visiting another hospital where they ready with own commercial procedure.
It appears that their primary focus is on generating revenue.
