I have visited several eye hospitals and was never satisfied with their level of care and attention. I was pleasantly surprised when I came to Mina Eye Hospital for my 8 year old son. I saw Dr Mukarram. He was attended to with so much care and in so much detail. All the doctors and staff were so friendly with my son. The facilities are modern and clean. I highly recommend Mina Eye Hospital if you want doctors who truly care and take their time to treat their patients.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the behavior of the hospital staff during my visit. The conduct I experienced was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Instead of showing basic courtesy and empathy, several staff members spoke in a harsh tone, showed visible irritation, and treated me as if I were an inconvenience rather than a patient in need of care. Such unprofessional conduct reflects poorly on the hospital's standards and raises serious concerns about the quality of patient care being provided. I strongly urge hospital management to address these issues immediately through proper training and accountability, as no patient should ever be treated with such disrespect

Doctor hidayat ullah khan is a very expert Doctor. He is very experience and very good Doctor. Very reasonable prices for surgeries. Mina eye hospital is newly construction building. Service here is very good. Nice clean environment. New location its opposite to Parveen cafe lane. Noorkhan bazar . Daily lot of patients comes here for treatment. Staff is friendly. Dr. Hidayat Ullah Khan is a highly skilled and experienced eye specialist. He listens to patients carefully, provides the right guidance, and offers treatment at very reasonable prices. We are truly satisfied with his care and expertise. However, our experience before the stitch removal surgery was upsetting due to one older female staff member. My mother is 64 year old was feeling very unwell and weak, and I politely requested a bed for her to rest before the surgery. Unfortunately, the staff member rudely refused, saying, "Doctor told me not to give the bed before the stitches are done," and kept repeating this without listening to our concern. Her tone was harsh, and she showed no empathy at all, despite knowing my mother's condition. In Additionally, her behaviour was more focused on tips rather than providing patient care, which is not appropriate in a healthcare setting. Other staff members were generally polite and cooperative, but this kind of attitude from senior staff leaves a bad impression.

Dr.Hidayath Ullah Khan is a very experience eye surgeon, came to know that has done successfully 1 lack cataract surgeries and this hospital is very clean and neat. This doctor is very humble and soft spoken. Best eye hospital in old city.

Alhamdulillah very expert ophthalmologist ..very reasonable cost of surgrises done . Such doctors are of great need in this time of commercialisation. Very soft spoken and keen. The staff is good natured. The clinic is of high standard in old city.
