Recently My wife went for eye testing, Doctor tested and given report of right eye - 4.0 and left eye -1.5 (existing -4.0) according report we have brought new spectacles in which left eye not visible properly,he has given wrong report,he has not accepting mistake, after some time he again tested eyes and given report as -4.0 .

No covid protocols followed by receptionists.
No masks, rude behavior.
No masks for the patients who come here either! No one cares about covid here.
Receptionists don't know how to treat patients, didn't even bother to give basic instructions.
Cost is on par with multinational conglomerates but services are not even close. And more than twice the surrounding big ophthalmology hospital.
Waiting time of 30 minutes, no one waiting outside just us. Maybe the previous patient took that long, understandable.
We had no choice. But if you do, go somewhere else.
Worst receptionists. Don't go here. Go to shree netralaya. Cheaper and better service
