I have been coming here since more than a decade for eye checkup / prescription glasses testing.
During my latest visit, there was some issue with equipment for checking eye power so assistant did the check and not the doctor.
And the consult with doctor felt extremely rushed.
Though I feel, the service did not justify the steep consultation fee. I got the similar result for free at an eyeglass store.
I hope management makes a note of this and communicates this in a better manner in the future.
