My Unty had an Left Eye Cataract surgery at Orient Eye Hospital Mehdipatnam under the leadership of Dr Sajid Ahmed Afzal Sir a most dedicated and kind hearted Doctor who speaks politely and calmly leasens to the Patient concern and suggest the fine and best possible surgery which will lasts for an much more longer period, infact in past history Dr sir had done the cataract surgery for right eye also to my unty some 8 years back and till now she had no complaint regarding the right eye, last but not the least the Hospital staff here are the core people who guide the patient well and make the patient feel the same homely atmosphere here.
Thanks alot Dr Sir and your team to provide us your esteemed Service and Dedication.

Additionally, the billing process (for insurance) needs to be more streamlined and transparent to avoid confusion or delays during discharge.

Very disappointing experience at Orient Eye Hospital
I had a very bad experience with the doctor at this hospital. The doctor was extremely unprofessional -- there was no proper communication, no empathy, and I felt completely neglected during my visit careless and unorganized, without giving clear updates.
Patients deserve respect and proper attention, especially in a medical setting. I'm very disappointed and would not recommend this hospital to anyone looking for good eye care or basic courtesy.
