We recently had cataract surgery for my mother, and it went very well. The doctor was highly professional and explained everything clearly. The hospital was not overcrowded, which made the overall experience comfortable. The medical counsellor also did a great job explaining the available options.
However, the appointment scheduling could be improved. Even though we had a prior appointment and arrived during our assigned slot, we had to wait nearly an hour. Better time management in scheduling would enhance the patient experience.
