Dr B. Venkateswar Rao is the best squint surgeon in India. He is awesome person and respect each one and treet with very friendly and care. Everyone definitely like his behaviour and ofcourse his treatment.
Blindly go with his for surgery.
There are few negative points with his staff but all those are minor.

Dear doctor please change your staff or atleast train your staff.
Doctor is so down to earth and provides excellent treatment.
But the staff are so arrogant and unresponsive. I think it's high time that the doctor changes his staff, otherwise it's very hard to visit the doctor.
They don't attend the calls for days, in case they attend they give u vague responses.
The overall experience of the staff is worst.
