My mom had an operation, worst experience as he is still using worst outdated machines for removal cataract plus the person treated my mom in a very rude way. He needs to retire and sit home if he has got no manners or patience to treat customers with dignity.
The most worst character I have come across. The sunnah of Prophet is to treat everyone with dignity and he isn't a dignified person.

I called for an appointment. A rude receptionist answered that dr Hidayatullah's appointment has to be taken personally in the morning, not on phone. In today's busy times, how ironical that a visually impaired person has to go personally for the appointment and later come back in the evening. Why not on phone / email? To each his own I guess
