Very bad experience.i took my son and 6 months old daughter for checkup. Staff is very bad. Specially ,staff who are sending patients to doctor.
We had a surgery for my son earlier. Harsha sir is good.
On weekends,They will treat only Lasik or Squint correction patients. Normal pediatric patients are not required.we called multiple times for confirmation before coming here. They will not listen to you at all.I asked multiple times but they will understand. Very very bad experience with two kids on weekend. I don't recommend you to visit this hospital for squint checkup or any checkup for your kids.

I had a very good experience with Dr. G. Harshavardhan Reddy at Smart Vision Eye Hospitals. From the very first consultation, he was extremely responsive and patient. He took the time to explain everything about the condition and the surgery in a very clear and reassuring way, even before the operation was planned.
What I really appreciated was how professionally everything was handled. He made sure my mother felt completely comfortable and confident by discussing all details in advance and giving us enough time to think and ask questions. There was no rush at any point.
The operation theatre was very clean and hygienic, which gave us a lot of confidence. The surgery itself went smoothly and was successful, and my mother is healing very well now.
Overall, Dr. Reddy is highly professional, caring, and trustworthy. I would strongly recommend him to anyone looking for excellent eye care.

I had my PRK surgery one month ago, and everything has gone well. I recommend visiting on weekdays rather than weekends for a smoother experience.

Booked an appointment for eye scans from lasik. Had to wait for more than 75 minutes to start the scans, which they completed in 5 minutes without any drops for dilation. Receptionist and optometrist were rude.
Hospital was too crowded. Not enough space to even sit. There was no coordination between receptionist, optometrist, doctors and counsellor.
Doctor and counsellor had different suggestions, doctors said I was eligible for Lasik also, counsellor said only prk can be done.
I have seen government hospitals being better managed.
