Highly inefficient front desk staff, could not even manage 1-2 patients. 4-5 people always sitting idle at front desk and no proper communication and each one has a different word to say. They are only interested to look at previous records of patients and asking so many questions without any knowing anything in eye care treatment. Not even bothered to give a new record sheet or a file to save costs, rather forcing use same sheet which was two years ago and writing prescription in confined left over spaces which is hard to read and comprehend. Dr. Fayaz too is highly unresponsive doesn't listen to symptoms and never bothered to answer any questions asked. Rather, standard prescription is written to all irrespective of symptoms not even listening. Front desk team force patients to write positive review in fron of them and capture a picture of it. Highly unprofessional behaviour. I suspect all the positive reviews given here are enforced by the staff. I DON'T recommend anyone to visit this place.

I had a very pleasant experience at this eye hospital. The doctors were extremely knowledgeable and explained the treatment clearly. The staff was courteous, and the entire process was smooth and well-organized. The facilities were clean and well-maintained. I am very satisfied with the treatment and highly recommend this hospital for eye care.
