I would like to extend my sincere thanks to the management of this clinic for truly thinking about the common citizen. I recently took my father for an eye consultation, and we were pleasantly surprised to learn that the clinic offers free consultations for senior citizens above 55 years of age. This gesture really made us happy and shows their commitment to serving the community. As we all know, many people have no option but to rely on private clinics, and this place stands out as a perfect example of doing something genuinely good for the public. I believe other clinics could learn from their approach. I would also like to recommend Dr. Minaz Karkhanawala. He is excellent--he explains the root cause clearly and provides great care. I generally have a negative opinion on all hospitals because they are business people. But by grace of God accidentally I saw Suseela Netralayam for my husband's cataract surgery. First I talked to Geetha what a girl she is really she explained to me each and every step with lot of patience and helped me a lot in insurance and medication and I am very very thankful for soft kind hearted service to the patients. Not only that all other staff are do kind and soft in explaining everything to the patients. The doctors are really experts and I never expected the hospital is so hygiene and well maintained. I recently had cataract surgery in both eyes with multifocal lens implants, and I am extremely happy with the results. From the very beginning, the medical team made me feel comfortable, confident, and well-informed about every step of the process. My vision is now clear at all distances -- near, intermediate, and far -- and I no longer depend on glasses for daily activities. Reading, using my phone, driving, and watching TV are all crystal clear.
