Utterly disappointed with Titan Eyeplus. I purchased two pairs of prescription glasses for myself and my mother and both were thick, heavy, and of poor quality despite paying premium prices compared to Lenskart ,When I raised the issue, I was asked to pay extra instead of being offered a proper solution.
I've tried Lenskart and Titan Eyeplus and after this experience, I can confidently say Titan's customer service and product quality have been extremely disappointing, especially for someone like me who's been a loyal customer for over 10 years. Lenskart, at least, delivers consistent quality and stands by their service for price paid'
I don't wish to name the sales representative, but I genuinely feel cheated and deeply let down. My sister had a positive experience earlier, which is why I visited this store, but it turned out to be a bitter mistake.
Hopefully anyone reading do their own research just to mention there was another person near billing he was kind and generous and told things clearly after product delivery for which i was surprised that no one told me before purchase , so get his recommendations.
