I experienced very rude behavior at the front office. When I asked about the test duration, the staff member responded by mentioning the test charges instead. Later, when I inquired about the test amount, she gave us an unpleasant look before answering. It felt as though she was doing us a favor by responding, which was quite disappointing.
They also made us wait, allowing patients who arrived after us apparently their well-known acquaintances to complete their checkups first.
I do not wish to reveal the employee's name, as I don't want her to get into any trouble. However, I sincerely request that the staff be more polite and patient while assisting customers with their queries. A humble and respectful approach makes a big difference in customer experience.
Is there any other schemes here like paying more to get checkup by skipping the patients who came before us?

Can't believe how irresponsible and annoying experience I've been going through. Literally it's been more than 2 months and my refund is still not processed. I've visited the store many times and every time I get the same response. It will take time. I lost my patience. I have to really take a strong action. This is my first step as posting review on Maps. Next I'll go to social media and call 100 and file a case. I will take legal help if my refund is not processed ASAP.

Dr, Nalini kanth is amazing! I was feeling very anxious about my lasik surgery but he immediately put me at ease. However, after taking a second opinion, we were informed that my father's vision could be managed with new glasses and that surgery wasn't needed. This was quite disappointing and made us feel the focus was more on recommending surgery than genuine care. I would advise others to seek a second opinion before proceeding with any major recommendation.
