Vasan Eye Care Hospital - (Kukatpally, Hyderabad)

I booked an appointment through Medibuddy for Vasan Eye Care Hospital, Kukatpally, and this was one of the worst hospital experiences I've had in terms of appointment and crowd management. For a regular eye check-up, the entire process took more than 3 hours, which is completely unacceptable. Even though my appointment was scheduled for 12:55 PM, the initial check-up started only after 1 hour and 15 minutes. After that, eye drops were administered, which led to further waiting. What was more disappointing is that walk-in patients were allowed and attended to ahead of patients who had booked online appointments, which is completely unacceptable and defeats the purpose of online scheduling. The hospital clearly lacks proper appointment and patient flow management. I had originally booked an appointment with Dr. Bhukya Ravikumar, but he was not available and had gone for lunch despite the confirmed appointment. I was instead assigned to Dr. Fatima. I have absolutely no complaints about the doctor. Dr. Fatima was excellent--very calm, polite, and professional. She gave me enough time and explained everything in detail, addressing all my concerns patiently. The one-star rating is given only because of the hospital's poor management. Otherwise, the doctor's consultation experience was very good.

I had an excellent experience at Vasan Eye Care for my LASIK procedure. The entire facility is run with a high level of professionalism; the staff is well-trained, efficient, and clearly experts in their roles. I want to give a special thanks to Dr. Nikhila. She is incredibly professional and takes the time to explain every detail of the process, which completely removed any anxiety I had. Her calm demeanor ensures that patients never feel the need to panic. The post-operative care has been equally impressive they are very diligent about follow-up appointments to double check that everything is healing perfectly. I recently visited very good experience at Vasan Eye Care. The staff are friendly and helpful, making the entire process smooth from registration to consultation. The doctors are knowledgeable and take the time to explain the condition clearly, which builds a lot of confidence. The clinic is clean, well-organized, and equipped with modern facilities for eye testing. The waiting time was reasonable, and the overall service felt professional and patient-centric. This hospital at Kukatpally is completely money oriented. They have charged 5,000 for nothing. Doctor is completely commercial. They were forcing us to buy lens from their hospital. Initial consultation fee is 400 but the doctor has charged additional 3,300 for scanning just to say there is no problem. Additionally the medicines he has given are for non medicinal use for which they charged 1,700. Don't visit this hospital. Completely commercial.

Worst experience. Taking an prior appointment means nothing here, reception is so busy that they don't have time to take the details/talk with the patients. Consultation is made priority only based on how much Higher the amount you pay them. Been there Waiting for an hour long with no details taken and kept on saying to wait. I recommend people to wait and think before going in here.

Dr nikhila madam was very gentle and wonderful at looking after patient. Good at medication and followups. Pharmacy is well maintained and the staff is well mannered. People relationship is well maintained over all along with assistants too. Must visit.

Dr.Mayuri and the patient care is politely take care staff mostly all over the complete consultation with hospital staff.
