Awesome hospital.
We took cataract surgery for my mother, it went very well. Surgeons are qualified and experienced, once this surgeons (Mainly Dr. Suresh and Dr. sai geetha) told this was the issue, that's fix. There is no need of second opinion at any other hospitals. They treated well.
Nursing and staff are treated in good manner. Insurance proces also very smooth.

If you're looking for genuine eye care, I would strongly recommend avoiding this hospital.
I have visited four times, and every experience has been frustrating due to poor management and lack of organization. Even with an appointment for a general check-up, we were made to wait for nearly two hours. After that, instead of being seen by the main doctor we booked, we were sent to other staff doctors. This happened twice.
The surgery day was even worse. Despite requesting to be scheduled as the first surgery of the day, we were kept waiting for 4-5 hours with no clear communication.
Overall, the hospital shows no proper planning, accountability, or respect for patients' time. Very disappointing experience.

My niece recently underwent ICL treatment at American Laser Eye Hospital, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From the very first consultation, the staff made her feel comfortable and well-informed, patiently explaining every step of the procedure and answering all our questions.
The doctors are highly skilled and professional, and their confidence immediately put her at ease. The surgery itself was smooth and far easier than I had imagined. The OT team -- including Venkateswari, Lakshmi, Nelofer, Teja, Imtiaz, Shanti, and Anil -- were very prompt in explaining the procedure that would be carried out in the theater, which gave us great confidence going into the surgery.
Currently under post-treatment care, with regular follow-ups ensuring that her recovery is on track.
