L V Prasad Eye Institute (LVPEI) - Lahoti Eye Centre, Kondapur

Calling this a hospital is generous; it's more of a waiting- room simulator. The receptionists have mastered the art of 'looking busy' while doing absolutely nothing, and the technician abandoned my eye exam halfway through like she was late for a vacation. I came for a second opinion, and my opinion is: go literally anywhere else. This place manages time like a broken watch. Edit : i was here for like 4 hrs just for eye checkup even after booking for an appointment 1 week prior with the fees already paid

Here, The doctors were extremely patient and professional. They explained the condition clearly, in a calm and composed manner, without creating any unnecessary fear or anxiety. Their approach made us feel confident and comfortable throughout the consultation and treatment process. A special mention to Ms. Swapna garu, who warmly welcomed us and assisted us at every step. From the waiting process to consultations and follow-ups, she ensured everything went smoothly. Her hospitality, kindness, and constant support made us feel completely at ease. Because of her, we never felt confused, stressed, or overwhelmed. She truly made the entire experience calm and pleasant for us. The staff here are well-coordinated and compassionate, and we are completely satisfied with the treatment provided. Most importantly, my mother feels comfortable and happy with the care she received. We genuinely appreciate the efforts of the entire team. Highly recommended.

We visited LVP at Madhapur and came to know that it's relocated to this place. Well, it's very nice. We had to correct a bent frame of my mother's glasses. The staff were super polite. They were welcoming us very politely and especially treating my mother very nicely since she was a senior citizen. Just wanted to say, the level of LVPEI is upgraded to another level now. The ambience is super good. Especially the staff at the eye wear shop. The manager was a down to earth person. I was surprised when the staff remembered us even after 5 months of our early visit at Madhapur branch. Very nice shift and upgrade to LVPEI.

We have been waiting since 9.40 AM, Since we have Appointment of 10 Am as we have came from Rajasthan and even after 2 hours there has been absolutely no response or proper communication. The patient management here is extremely poor. The service is disappointing, and there is a clear lack of responsibility from the staff. I have seen that at reception person who was seating was useless The waiting times are unacceptable and show no concern for patients' time or comfort. It feels like a complete waste of time, especially when even basic updates or guidance are not provided. The management seriously needs to look into this and take immediate corrective measures. 6

Doctors , staff, co-doctors everyone know their job well and do it perfectly... Understanding and caring..this we see only in LV Prasad hospital... Need to mention Sharada madam who manages the finance dept ..she is very patient and answers all queries of every patient and resolves the issues.... understands concern and the most patient person Main part: Surgery...my mother's cataract surgery was by Dr.K.Gowri pratinya ... After couple of weeks my mother is perfectly fine and happy....thanks to doctors who only suggest what is needed to patient and not more for financial benefits

Came well before the appointment time, yet waiting for billing at reception even after appointment time. A single guy at reception is creating this bottleneck and bringing down the reputation of this hospital. Even after so much backlash in reviews, it seems management is not bothered in addressing this issue. The hospital is located to the right of Toyota showroom and parking is available at B3.

I had an appointment at 8:10 AM and reported well in advance at 7:15 AM. Unfortunately, the consultant I booked (Dr. Arundhati) was on leave, and I was shifted to another doctor. I adjusted to this change, but still had to wait much longer without clear communication from the staff. While I respect the expertise of the doctors at LV Prasad, I feel the hospital management should improve their scheduling and patient communication. Patients who report on time should not be left waiting for so long without updates. Better coordination and transparency would make the patient experience much smoother

They have set procedure for every problem. They wont even try to understand what problem patient is facing. Everything looks so robotic and factory fitted, no personal attention to individual problem. On top all the interns and doctors are extremely rude if you ask them anything. Reason being they only know a set procedure and if you question them they get annoyed and try to make you uncomfortable so that you dont ask more questions and get any reasonable diagnosis for your problem. I went for simple eyecheckup to check my specs number that itself was not done accurately.
