I visited the clinic today for my eye checkup and had a really good experience. The doctor is very experienced and took the time to explain every little detail with so much patience. It really made me feel comfortable and confident about the treatment. The clinic itself is very well-maintained and looks great too. Overall, I'm very happy with the service and would definitely recommend it!

My wife was having vision-related issues. In the past, we had visited LV Prasad Eye Institute, where only cataract surgery was done. Unfortunately, the same problem reappeared later. We then consulted Elite Eye (Nallagandla) and NR Vision, but they followed only routine check-ups and seemed more focused on selling treatments rather than identifying the real problem. Finally, we visited Retinova, and it was a completely different experience. Dr. Krishna Teja was outstanding--very soft-spoken, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. Unlike our previous experiences, he did not rush the consultation at all. He took ample time to understand my wife's complete medical history, conducted a thorough examination, and clearly explained the root cause of the issue in detail. From the moment we entered, the supporting staff were polite, respectful, and helpful . The person who conducted the refraction test was extremely patient, which is exactly what every patient--especially elderly people--expects. Coming to the doctor, Dr. PALLA KRISHNA TEJA is truly impressive. He is not the typical corporate-hospital doctor who is money-minded or rushed. He explained the eye condition very clearly in simple, layman language so the patient could easily understand. Usually, many corporate hospitals try to push unnecessary tests just to increase the bill. This hospital is clearly different. Only required checks were suggested, and everything was explained transparently without any pressure. A thoughtful gesture I really appreciated was the small plant given by the staff while leaving--it reflects the positive mindset and caring culture of the hospital. I sincerely hope the doctors and management continue this ethical approach with affordable pricing . It benefits patients first and naturally helps the hospital grow as well . The hospital has latest equipment and well staffed. I went for my son's eye issue, who was complaining blur vision on right eye, so they did all tests and found nothing wrong. So went again after 5 Days they tried with drops and tested and found nothing wrong and he may acted to get spec's like his sister but Dr krishna Teja and Dr Sushma were very patient and tried all means to find any issue but nothing found. I definitely recommend this hospital for any eye issues.
